Return Policy
1. Overview
At MoveCam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened wearable accessories (e.g. mounts, straps) may not be eligible unless faulty.
3. How to Initiate a Return

with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping is free for customers in the EU and UK.
- For international returns, shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible unless defective.
